
Tiffany Burns, Owner and Founder
Tiffany Burns is a graduate of Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and a minor in Legal Studies. During her educational career, Tiffany received Lifetime Membership into the PsiChi National Honor Society, induction into Alpha Sigma Lambda Eta Omega Chapter for Honors, and received the Gold Presidents Volunteer Service Award for over 500 hours of service dedicated to the Missouri State Brain and Behavior Research Program, Habitat for Humanity and like organizations. Tiffany currently holds CPR, First Aid, LIMA, CPI, and Insulin certifications. Tiffany is a certified Community Specialist, Support Broker, and authorized to provide Individualized Supported Living Services, Employment Services and Community Integration.

Rachel Timmerman, Program Director
Rachel Timmerman graduated from Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor’s of Social Work. Rachel worked in child protective services for 11 years with the Missouri Department of Social Services, Children’s Division, and the Platte County Juvenile as Deputy Juvenile Officer. She has worked with individuals with Developmental Disabilities for over 8 years, as a case manager and also as a Host Home Program Director.
